Inter president Steven Zhang demanded there is “no possibility” Mauro Icardi will join Serie A bosses Juventus.
Juve boss football officer Fabio Paratici uncovered that the association heads made an enquiry for Icardi in the midst of vulnerability over the Inter star’s future.
Icardi was deprived of the captaincy a week ago, while he missed the Europa League conflict against Rapid Vienna and Serie A triumph over Sampdoria.
The 26-year-old’s specialist and spouse Wanda Nara said Icardi has no plans to leave Inter.
Gotten some information about the likelihood of Icardi swapping Inter for Juve, Zhang stated: “In football you can never say never to business with Juventus.
“Nonetheless, in this particular case there’s no way that Icardi will go to Juventus. We gabbed a week ago, we need to say enough regarding this story.
“We’re arranging a restoration with Inter, yet our rationality is that the group is constantly more noteworthy than the person.
“Our market battle next summer will be superior to the last one.”
Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta, who left Juve in September, depicted Paratici’s remarks as “wrong”.
“We’re not going to move Icardi,” Marotta revealed to Rai Sport. “We trust he’s an incredible player who’s done well for Inter and who will do well later on.
“With respect to what Paratici stated, I think a similar answer applies to [Juve star Paulo] Dybala: we’ll see what he does in June. What Paratici said was wrong.”
