Shocking, see what happened after Pogba’s agent cancelled meeting for a new deal

Paul Pogba looks to be heading ever closer to the exit door at Manchester United after agent Mino Raiola ‘cancelled a meeting with the club over a new deal’ for the midfielder.

The Frenchman, who was named in the PFA Team of the Year, is a hugely influential member of the club’s dressing room but continues to flirt with a move to Real Madrid.

The decision by Raiola to cancel a meeting, according to the Sun, is due to Pogba’s determination to secure a move away from Old Trafford this summer.

The £89million midfielder is a huge personality off the pitch but he is struggling to assert himself in big games having been kept quiet in Wednesday’s 2-0 defeat at home to Manchester City.

According to the report, United’s players ‘fear Solskjaer cannot handle Pogba’s ego’ as defeat to city rivals made it seven defeats in nine games.

Pogba has two years to run on his current contract and United may feel they are under no immediate pressure to cash in on him.
